Tony Stoltzfus, a Professional Christian Coach and Coach Trainer, has worked full-time in coaching since 2000. Tony is formerly the Director of Training and Curriculum Development for a leading Christian coach training organization. He has also authored numerous coach training books, training programs and CDs. Tony has been involved in mentoring and coaching programs for over 20 years, coaching pastors, para-church leaders and denominational executives throughout the US and abroad. He brings a wealth of experience to the table, including leadership training, cell church leadership, apostolic oversight (click here for a coaching case study), worship leading, and is an experienced speaker and workshop leader. He also has a background in sales and marketing and has launched several successful businesses. Tony is 46, has been married for 20 years and has two children

Ron Marsh, a TLC Certified Professional Coach and Coach Trainer, received his professional Coach training through Transformational Leadership Coaching as well as the Institute for Life Coach Training. Ron has been coaching since 2001 and is currently completing a Masters degree in Leadership Coaching. He has over 1000 hours of coaching experience. For the past 13 years Ron has served full-time in various pastoral positions in churches from 150-3500. He knows from personal experience the challenges emerging leaders face as they engage the postmodern culture. Ron lives in Santa Cruz County, California with his wife Nicole.

Rev. Jerry Graham, Ph.D. D.Min, a TLC Certified Professional Coach and Coach Trainer, has over 20 years of experience in church and para-church leadership. Jerry has served on the pastoral staff in two large churches and served as founding executive director of an apostolic network. As a church growth consultant he's worked with over 150 churches, and he's coached over 200 pastors, professors, denominational executives and businessmen. Jerry is Coaching Director for Vanguard Ministries (see a case study) and currently coaches full-time (along with his wife, Sharon). Jerry has over 25 years of engineering and marketing experience in a Fortune 500 company plus more than a decade as a successful networking entrepreneur. He is 64 and has been married 25 years, with one daughter and two beautiful grandaughters.

Jeannette Buller Slater, a CoachNet certified coach and coach trainer, has been coaching and training Christian leaders, denominational executives, pastors and church planters since 1984. She has done extensive research in the areas of cell-celebration churches, church planting, and leadership development and has served in leadership in two cell-celebration church plants. A registered Natural Church Development consultant, Jeannette has coached numerous churches through the NCD process (see case study) and has developed many resources for NCD. She has co-authored The Cell Church Planter's Guide with Bob Logan and has contributed to other publications including Releasing Your Church's Potential, Coaching 101, Coaching 101 Handbook, and CoachNet web resources. Jeannette presently works out of Phoenix, Arizona.
