Nearly two thirds of pastors today say they have no one to talk with about their personal lives and ministry. Whether you are leading in a church or leading the church, full time ministry can be an incredible challenge.

Daily, pastors face staffing issues, philosophical differences, budget constraints, leadership shifts/gaps, vision clouding, etc. Many struggle to keep the balance of family and ministry. Pastors face a very daunting task and often feel isolated and alone.

As a Leadership and Life Coach, my desire is to come alongside pastors and through the guidance of the Holy Spirit, listen, encourage and at times challenge them move from where they are to where God wants them to be.

• Led a High School ministry of over 300+ students and 4 paid staff.
• Developed a Gen-X ministry and Jr High ministry from the ground up.
• Served as an Associate Pastor of a church "restart" (two blended churches).
• Pastored in both denominational and non-denominational settings.
• Has lead worship in camps across Oregon, Washington, Colorado and Alaska.
• Developed a Funshop: Discover Your Unique Design for churches and Christian organizations.
